TAGS: Four Crops. One Fund-of-Funds.

CORN, WEAT, SOYB, and CANE—wrapped into one ETF for diversified, passive exposure to major agricultural markets.

Each ETF holds listed futures contracts across multiple expiration dates for broader market representation. Built for investors seeking targeted commodity exposure, real asset diversification, or to express a directional market outlook.

What is TAGS?

The Teucrium Agricultural Fund (TAGS) is designed to provide investors with a cost-effective means to obtain price exposure to
four agricultural commodity markets, specifically corn, soybeans, wheat and sugar for future delivery. TAGS is a fund-of-funds ETF that combines CORN, WEAT, SOYB, and CANE—providing the investor diversified access to major agricultural markets in a single ticker, without trading individual ETFs or futures.

Tax Treatment

TAGS issues a K-1 and typically qualifies for Section 1256 tax treatment: 60% long-term / 40% short-term capital gains, regardless of holding period.

Diversification does not ensure a profit or protect against loss.

An investment in the Funds involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Commodities and futures are generally volatile and are not suitable for all investors. An investor may lose all or substantially all of an investment. Investing in commodity interests subjects each Fund to the risks of its related industry. These risks could result in large fluctuations in the price of a particular Fund's respective shares. Funds that focus on a single sector generally experience greater volatility.

Investing in the Underlying Funds subjects TAGS to the risks of the corn, wheat, soybean, and sugar markets, and this could result in substantial fluctuations in the price of TAGS’s Shares. Unlike mutual funds, TAGS generally will not distribute dividends to Shareholders. Investors may choose to use TAGS as a means of investing indirectly in corn, wheat, soybeans, and sugar as a vehicle to hedge against the risk of loss, and there are risks involved in such investments and activities.

For further discussion of these and additional risks associated with an investment in the Funds please read the respective Fund Prospectus before investing.

CORN, CANE, SOYB, WEAT, and TAGS are commodity pools regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The funds do not track the spot price of corn, sugar, soybeans or wheat. These Funds, which are ETPs, are not a mutual fund or any other type of Investment Company within the meaning of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and are not subject to regulation thereunder.
