2022 will be a pivotal year for global grain markets. Supplies have been drawn down over the past couple of years, and it is time to rebuild inventories. Still, it takes time to rebuild, and it may take 1 or 2 more growing seasons to build back up to levels last seen in the 2018-2019 crop year.
