Teucrium Trading, LLC (Teucrium)

Teucrium Trading, LLC (Teucrium) is an issuer of single-commodity-focused next generation exchange-traded products ("ETP"). Teucrium designs investment vehicles that offer both liquidity¹ and transparency² in single-commodity investing to investors and hedgers in the popular and highly liquid ETP format. With today’s ever-evolving landscape in commodity markets, the Teucrium team, with its substantial experience in commodity futures trading, has the ability to deliver ETPs in the equity format for investing and hedging without the use of leverage.

Teucrium Trading’s President and Chief Investment Officer brings over two decades of commodities industry trading experience. Prior to Teucrium, he ran the commodities desk at a major global brokerage firm, where he was an active futures and swap derivatives trader/market maker in numerous commodities, specializing in energy and grains. Additionally, the management team brings a wide variety of management experience from startups, including Initial Public Offering ("IPO") experience, to senior financial and operational management positions to Wall Street investment banks.

Each Teucrium Fund is a commodity pool that issues Shares that may be purchased and sold on the NYSE Arca. The Funds are series of the Teucrium Commodity Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized on September 11, 2009. The Funds are managed and controlled by the Sponsor, Teucrium Trading, LLC. The Sponsor, a limited liability company formed in Delaware on July 28, 2009, is registered as a commodity pool operator (“CPO”) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") and is a member of the National Futures Association ("NFA").

¹ Liquidity - the ability of an asset to be converted into cash quickly and without any price discount.
